He is Acute Lymphobalstic Leukaemia. (Blood cancer)
He was at University Malaya medical Center (UMMC) since 21/05/2006.
Then he was discharged from UMMC on 28/05/2006 and supposed to commence his cancer treatment. But his last visit to UMMC was on 06/06/2006.
Ms. Lau Ping Leng refused to provide cancer treatment but we managed to send him back with help of the Malaysian welfare office and police to UMMC on 03/07/2006 afternoon.
Professor Wan Ariffin Bin Abdullah (UMMC) has arranged several meetings and explained Ms. Lau Ping Leng about Leukaemia. She has understood risk of non cancer treatment result death and necessity of medical treatment.
Ms.Lau Ping Leng has agreed Sian Yee to go back with me once however she has decided to take Sian Yee back last minute. Finally panel of doctors and welfare office agreed to be under care of Ms.Lau Ping Leng. Final decision was made by Welfare officer Ms. Midah and has agreed to taken care by Ms.lau Ping Leng.
Unfortunately again Ms.Lau Ping Leng has stopped cancer treatment since June/2008. I found out Sian Yee's swollen testicle on 18/10/2008 and reported to UMMC, Police, and Welfare office to send Sian Yee back to get cancer treatment.
Professor Wan Ariffin Bin Abdullah tried to convince Ms.Lau Ping Leng to provide medical treatment at UMMC 20-22/10/2008 but she refused.
Sian Yee suffered from swollen face and admitted at Sime Darby Medial Centre Subang Jaya Sdn. Bhd (Formerly known as Subang Jaya Medical centre SJMC) on 27/10/2008 and discharged from SJMC on 01/11/2008.
Sian Yee's cancer relapse so panel of SJMC doctors tried to convinced Ms Lau Ping Leng to send Sian Yee back to UMMC but she refused thus SJMC has explained cost of cancer treatment at SJMC (Rm150K-300K to complete) and she agreed.
So Dr Lin Hi Ping to started medical treatment from 29/10/2008 to 01/11/2008.
His appointment for next cancer treatment was due on 09/11/2008. They have tried to request her and her family to admit to SJMC but refused again and I managed to find out Ms. Lau Ping Leng failed to send Sian Yee back to SJMC on 12/11/2008.
Sian Yee's medical treatment at UMMC was due to complete on Dec/2008 but medical treatment was NOT provided by Ms. Lau Ping Leng for 4 months, Sian Yee is suffering relapse of cancer and fighting with his precious life but mother and family refuse to provide proper cancer medical treatment.
Ms.Lau Ping Leng has refused Sian Yee's medical treatment for 3 times since 2006.
I have sent so many appeal letters to welfare office (HQ, Subang Jaya and Shah Alam) but unfortunately I have got no reply from them.
I believe if the welfare officer in 2006 when Sian Yee was discharged from UMMC has not last minute change the decision made by the panel to allow me to care for Sian Yee, today my son will need NOT to suffer in pain from relapse and his life will NOT be in great danger now.
Sian Yee survival rate has dropped from 75-80% to 20-40%.
I am strongly believe that it is proven that Ms.Lau Ping Leng & her family has not been a good caretaker nor a proper guardian so I hope welfare officers and polices could help me to save ken life before it is too late.
I have been appealing to the welfare office and No answer for my S.O.S to rescue my son after many attempt to welfare office.
It is totally disappointment as welfare office has not being helpful as it is the duty of a welfare office to look into the needs of the poor and/or sick child who has being crying for help.
I have no assistance neither police nor welfare officer and I was so depressed and anxious about my son so that I finally seek help from Ms.Hannah Yeoh to save Sian Yee's precious life and secure his medical treatment at UMMC.
All that I am asking is please help me to find my son and I will provide all the necessary medical treatments and costs. I also have make arrangement to get the match of bone marrow for transplants but if Sian Yee do not get any treatment now he will not able to wait till that date.

Thanks to Agnes Lee, a very helpful lady who brought us to Hannah Yeoh, state assemblyman of Subang Jaya and her PA, Timothy. They were very anxious about Ken's health conditions, rushed to Welfare Dept, insisted on their involvement even they said file had been closed and have to re-open in Shah Alam. They then rushed to Police station to make a report. Action had been taken by them yesterday but no assess to the house. I guess the police is doing all necessary to protect the child now. Hannah Yeoh and Agnes Lee were with us the whole day, trying their level best to save this little boy's life.
Charmaine : If you ever read this blog, pls, we mother must go all out to save our kid's life if they are in danger. Ken's daddy has all the plans for him. Please don't take away his life just because you are not happy with him. Put aside whatever your differences you have with him, let's save your kid first. Do you know all of us were so sad when the daddy showed us his photos ? He must be suffering in pain. How could a child bear with the pain ? Thank you, Yb Hannah, Agnes and Timothy, you guys are wonderful people on earth.
Finally after much effort ken's case caught the attention of people who really cares and who goes out of the way to make sure that appropriate actions are taken.
However, now Charmaine has disappeared with Ken! As time is running out I sincerely hope that the police and the welfare department will do whatever necessary within their authority to get Ken's grandparents and uncle to disclose the whereabout of mother and child. To go into hiding when a child needs medical treatment is criminal and to withhold crucial information is equally guilty of crime. I hope the police can get the message across to this stubborn family.
Ken, hang on for your sake and your daddy's sake. He is doing everything he could. There are a lot of people out there who cares. Thanks to them,there is hope for you.
Charmain - this is Lorraine if you see this blog, please send Little Ken to hospital and get help!! Dont be so stubborn and negative. It is not the time to say who right or wrong. It is Ken life that matter now! Stop hiding..... Please please get help for Ken sake!!
Ping Leng, I am your old friend which know you for long, Since when you had changed so much ? your stubborn will affect the kid and eventually might hurt and kill the son.
Please don't play a fool with your son life, whatever the father did wrong is both of yours matter but DON't sffect the children.
Dear Uncle Lau (Ping Leng's father), why you are the same as Ping Leng so childish and DO NOT want to safe your grandson life ??? Please DON hide and send the poor boy to hospital for treatment immediately.
