It is clearly state that Ms Lau Ping Leng must provide medical treatment for Kenichi.
Failing which she is liable to a fine not exceeding RM20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or both.
Her supporter also liable to a fine not exceeding RM5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
Since Kenichi has not been provided cancer treatment for 27 days, I shall appeal to Malaysia Government,Police, Welfare office to take immediate action before they manage to murder Kenichi.
Even Professor has explained to welfare officer Yesterday that Kenichi shall not survive any longer without medical treatment. So they have full knowledge that Kenichi will be going to die without cancer treatment.
It will be too late if authority take action against them later. Most priority is to search Kenichi immediately and provide medical treatment which are Police & Welfare duty and power to do so.
They have power to investigate, arrest without warrant, search without warrant, examine person, Inspection,Obstruction.
All the power they have to protect Kenichi but why they don't take action till now?

Poor dad, even knowing the law but yet can not do anything...
Is the mother aware that it is criminal on her action for not providing her son's medical treatment.
Poor Mom, if the child die, the mom has to go to jail not more than 10 years.
If any relative of Kenichi mother, please informed her and if the relative is also helping to hide the child then, I believe they shall be liable and may go to jail too.
How could the police take so long and can not find the child, could it be the mother and child went hiding in oversea.
This story is so sad and no one could believe that the mom has failed to protect her child and allow herself in criminal actions. The mom must be mentally not fit.
Why police, medical officer and welfare officer did not take action.
Will the authority be subject to wrong doing for not taking effort to use the law provided to protect the child.
I suggest dad go to the police station and lodge a report against the authority.
You are running short of time. Moved fast or it may be too late.
We caring Malaysian will be supporting you.
Civil said it's crime case, crime said is civil case, at the end no one turn up. Welfare said family issues, child not there can't do much.
If anything happen to Kenichi, I am not surprise his daddy will bring all those people to jail.

Why act611 child act 2001 was not effective?
Policies maker have to look seriously on this.
If this act was not able to practices effectively than why have this act?
The beauty of it is stated clearly but no action can be taken.
What THE END story to this incident, the dead of a child thats what we expecting from this.
Then only the dad could take action against the mom and others who help to hide them. Will the authority are also liable??? Put these people to jail? It will not solve the issue. The issue is to find the child and provide treatment.
Why must end the story as "DEAD" rather than rejoice the child is found and safe in dad hand, medical treatment success.
Who is responsible in the finding of the child. Who has the authority to do so???
We shall learn a lesson from this sad story and step up to make sure the policies maker do their job. To make sure the act is effective.
Everyone else would expect this story end with the death of a child due to neglect, ignorance, selfishness...etc after reading this blog, except Ken's daddy, never give up hope till to-date, 2nd of December 2008.
Kind people wish authorities to act in order to save a child, bad people wish to see him die eventually. After all, this bad people think he is going to die anyway with a mere chance of survival of 20-30%. Ken's daddy look at it as a great chance to survive compare to "zero chance without proper medical treatment".
Dad is trying his best to search for his son to save his beloved son's life, Mum is trying her best to hide from daddy with the help of her family, trying to keep her son away from medical treatment, allowing him to die in her own arms. And the best thing is our authorities are keeping their eyes closed. What world is this ?????? or shall i say what country is this ????
