Daddy made police report to send me back to UMMC on 22/10/2008 21:44pm.
Daddy could not sleep at all.
Next morning he went to report to welfare HQ and Subang Jaya office to seek his help in order to force mother to send me back to get medical treatment.
He also consulted his lawyer again.
He did anything everything he can think of.
Daddy could not sleep at all.
Unfortunately no news.
It will be long weekend and 27/10/2008 is public holiday in Malaysia.

Shocking reply from UMMC

Thank you for your letter.
The picture of Lau Sian Yee that you send was of grave concern to us. There is very strong possibility that he might have leukemia coming back to affect his testis causing it to be swollen.
This is very early relapse and the chance of cure again is only 20-40%. I am quite sure that none of my doctors/colleagues would have told his mother that this was side-effect of leukemia treatment.
looking back at his treatment chart, I noted that the last time we saw Sian Yee was on 25th June 2008, which means that he has not attended his 2 weekly follow up for the last 4 months.
his treatment was due to complete only at the end of 2008.
After many attempts I managed to talk to Sian Yee's mother today. She was very argumentative and aggressive and refused to listen to me or to bring Sian Yee back to the hospital.
Under such circumstance, i do not know what else I could do. Mutual trust between doctors and patients/parents and good family/parental support are important ingredients for successful treatment. In Sian Yee's case, I regret that this is lacking.

Nightmare again
Daddy immediately sent my swollen testicle photo to his doctor friend in Japan and also Japaneses leukaemia specialist. And also sent to UMMC.
He got reply from Japanese doctor on 20/10/2008 and reply from Leukaemia specialist on 21/10/2008.
He was shocked to know that my cancer relapse.
So he sent another email to chase UMMC reply.

I don't feel good!
Nowadays my daddy only allowed to meet me twice a month.
Only a couples of hours.
Daddy came to meet me on 18/10/2008.
We enjoyed play play!!
Daddy happen to follow me to the shower after we played at car porch.
Then daddy noticed my testicle is swollen.
It was actually swollen badly.
So my daddy asked mummy "Whats wrong with it"
Mummy replied that is side effect of cancer treatment.
Then he took my photo of swollen testicle and left.

Court case (3)
Mummy again agreed to Daddy that daddy have his weekly visitation right in front of judge.
Since he insisted to reach agreement on his visitation right.
So we thought I can meet my daddy every week for this year.
but my dreams never came true.
daddy again facing difficulties to meet me or I should say visiting me.
If my mother is not around, No one open gate for him.
Even if he is allowed to visit me, Only after 3pm on Saturday for a few hours.
We have to stay within house.
We cannot go out anywhere. As you can see my photo, We can only play at car porch.
He always brings me something for me.
Japanese food, confectionery, DVD, Toys, Clothing and so on.
I love ultra man or Go ranger DVD.
I really have fun!

mummy was just claiming bad things about my daddy based on nothing.
My daddy object my mummy adoption claim.
Finally my mummy's lawyer was terminated on 25/09/2007.
My mummy and I went to court on 13/11/2007 but no lawyer for my mummy.
The judge requested her to arrange lawyer immediately since she is the one filed in my adoption.
On 19/02/2008, the judge dismissed her adoption petition.
It mean I am not adopted by my mother!.
I still have daddy! Daddy won!
No doubt I have my parents.

Why mummy don't let daddy to pay?
When I was discharged from UMMC on 28/07/2006.
My daddy rushed to UMMC to settle medical bill but it was too late.
My mummy told her family that daddy is refusing to settle the bill.
So they have settled bill when he came.
Daddy has requested one doctor not let my mother to settle it.
He complained to doctor about it and he got email from doctor on 30/07/2006.
" coming back to the payment issue, mother had mentioned on Friday upon discharge that she would like to pay for the bills herself and knows you too want to take care of the bill. We would most appreciate it if both of you could decide amongst yourselves how both want to manage your differences. perhaps the court this thurs will assist us in resolving the issues since we have not been able to help both of you"
But later I found out this is all my mother's tactics to blame on daddy to get her family support.

Daddy tried to negotiate with Mummy
My daddy kept sending letter to mummy.
He warned not to use Chinese herbs.
Doctor explained mummy that it could have conflict with my medicine.
He kept insist to settle amicably.
He has already proposed to her previous lawyer on 13/12/2005.
1, Joint custody
2, Agreed to pay medical fee,education fee, necessary clothing, toy, whatever I need to buy.
3, To pay maintenance monthly fee. Which mummy needs to propose amount.
4, visitation right and alternative weekend and public holidays to stay with daddy.
Daddy treid to settle based on his proposal on 13/12/2005.
But my mummy never reply on any terms and conditions.
