Go home from SJMC while you are out

I am sorry that I ignored you on 01/11/2008.

I was discharged from SJMC while you are out around 5+pm.

I went back with mummy, Grandfather (Mr.Lau Chee say) and my uncle (Mr. Lau Fong Kwong)

I guess you will find extreme difficulties when you visit me from now on.

I know you just want to secure my continuous medical treatment only but they are telling me totally different story that you are disturbing mummy and her family.

I cannot see your face. If I look at you, of course I want to play with you.
I have to put cushion on my face in order to ignore you.

You can also guess why I try my best to ignore you but I have no choice.

Meeting with Dr.Ling Hi Ping (SJMC)

29/10/08 10am

Dr Ling Hi Ping and daddy had meeting and he has confirmed that my cancer relapse.

Daddy was informed that Panel of doctors strongly insisted mummy to send me back to UMMC.

But Mummy refused to go back to UMMC and she has agreed to pay RM150,000-RM300,000 to complete my cancer treatments at SJMC.
With mummy's consent Dr Ling has started relapse cancer treatment.

Dr was shocked to know that mummy never explained about my treatment was stopped since June/2008.

Dr, was not interested to know about all the issue and did not want to involved with it.

His concern was only payment and confirmed that welfare officer never checked anything from him.

Daddy kept reported to welfare office but no proper investigation report are replied to Daddy yet.

Why?

Miracle happen !!

My left side of face started to swollen badly.

Because of infection to chin or jaw.
I am getting weak and weak.

So it is so obvious to anyone everyone.
Mummy and her family can hide my swollen testicles but it is my face.

Finally My mummy took me to formerly known as Subang Jaya Medical Centre (Currently Sime Darby Medical Centre Subang Jaya Sdn. Bhd.) Emergency on 27/10/2008 21:26pm.

I was examined by Dr. Mohd Noor Awang (Oral & Maxillofacial) since they thought my face was something wrong.

I wanted shout I am Leukemia patient, My daddy, UMMC and everyone knows my cancer relapse.

Even my mother was convinced by UMMC telephone call on 20-22/10/2008.
But never take me back to UMMC.

If my face never swollen I never managed to meet any doctors.

Its miracle! I am back to hospital!

Sorry I cannot show you clearly in this photo how bad it was but I needed to lie down.
You can always refer to Dr. Mohd Noor Awang or SJMC if you don't believe what I tell you nor my daddy photo.

Finally you found me

Thank you for visiting me at Subang Jaya Medical Centre room 273 Bed 2 .

But I was shocked to hear my mother shouting at you.

She shout at you
" How can you threat to Dato' Micheal Chong to call me"
" How dare you threat to police to investigate. Case is closed."
" I have full custody right. I am Malaysian and you are Japaneses. Malaysian law says you have no right"

I am pretty sure everything was witnessed by my next bed No1 patient and family and also Dr. Mohd Noor Awang, Ms. Sharifah Baizura ( assistant manager customer relations).

I know she was not happy everyone tried to convince my mummy to send me back for medical treatment.

Dato' Michael Chong (MCA)

Daddy friend strongly recommend to meet him and fixed appointment on 28/10/2008 1030am for you.

So daddy went to seek help for MCA (Malaysian Chinese Association) Public service and complaints Department.

Daddy explained to his Secretary about my issue.

And daddy managed to met Dato' Michael Chong.
He tried to convince my mummy to send me back to hospital over telephone.

He even wrote letter for Daddy.

"I am sorry that I cant help you much although I have spoken to your wife.
Equally she told me she is caring the best for the child.
As such, I suggest you seek welfare assistance.

He could not really help you, since not much time to understand my odd case.
He could not understand whole picture of this unbelievable issue.
But daddy really appreciate his kind attentions

What daddy wanted to have their explanation that my mummy and family know that no medical treatment result my death.
They are intentionally refusing my medical treatment for me to die otherwise why my mummy refused to go back to UMMC and argue with UMMC earlier?
Why do they need to abandon my medical treatment twice?

It is not matter of luck of knowledge for my cancer. My mummy knows that my medical treatment will complete year end. Then I will be fine.

But what for my mummy stop my medical treatment for 4 months ??
I end up relapse of cancer. Now I am suffering.

Any one can really explain why my mummy refused and stopped my medical treatments for what ??

This is not family matter!!
This is abuse or neglect or what?
How to explain it?
Really confusing issue here. No body can understand what up to?

I have explained till now with supporting document or/and evidence only.
Avoid any personal emotion, frustration or/and anger.

My Daddy cannot get any help from anyone in Malaysia.

He has no choice but to reveal everything to the world.

Malaysian Welfare officer and Royal Malaysian Police officer consider as family issue but this is actually consider as serious crime for Japanese and/or any other civilised country.

It is serious crime in Japan.
Why not in Malaysia?

If you have children it doesn't mean you can do anything you like.

Daddy arranged his lawyer to take all the necessary action but Daddy cannot wait to obtain court order to secure or guarantee my medical treatments this time.

I am in serious condition so he doesn't have sufficient time to wait court order to save my life.

Please keep eye on here. Will be more to reveal unbelievable story.

Police Report

Actually My Daddy made police report last time when my mother refused to send me back to UMMC on 2006.

He made another police report on 14/07/2006 1255PM.
Police reprot number: SUBANG JAYA/004908/06.

He strongly requested to investigate why mummy refused to send me back to UMMC.
He just wanted to know mummy's explanation why she refused my medical treatment.

As mummy fully understand consequence of non medical treatment results my death. My mummy and family members are fully aware of it.

Daddy believes mummy and her family cannot be excused from claiming that they fed me with Chinese herbs to cure my cancer.

It is abuse and neglect not providing medical treatment. Anyone can tell it. It is common sense.

Consider as attempt of murder.

But unfortunately they got away from attempt of murder somehow.
Even welfare officer never consider as abuse nor neglect somehow.

No action was taken against them by neither welfare officer nor police officer. That probably led them to 2nd time to stop and refused to provide my medication.

life is most precious and even I am Leukemia, UMMC provide the best Leukemia medical treatment within Malaysia. My survival rate was 75-80%, so nothing to worry about it.

Japanese Leukemia specialist even consider and recommended that UMMC provide international standard for Leukemia patients Today. That why my daddy entrust UMMC protocol.

If survival rate was poor then my daddy should have tried any alternative to save me.

It is really odd case. No authority are looking into it.

Nobody believe what I am going through.

Any one believe that mother and her family sabotage my medical treatment for 4 months even I am suffering from leukemia and this is 2nd attempt of not providing my medication?

Even clearly seen my testicles are swollen badly?
My mummy or her family got any excuse for not taking me to check at UMMC?
How to explain it?
But they are claiming I am taken care very well by them with full attention.

I did not want to show you this photo but I guess I better show you.
It is very clear sign to recognize something wrong.

No one can see when I wear my pant. That why no one help me expect my daddy.

FYI, My daddy was refused to meet me on 11/10/2008.
I have not learned neither date nor time properly yet.
So I cannot tell you since when it started to swollen.

All I can tell you is that it didn't swollen so large suddenly on 18/10/2008.
