You must realise that if you do not really know where about of Kenichi and Ms, Lau Ping Leng Why don't you make missing police report till now?

Kenichi who is seriously sick suddenly disappeared with mother.
If you don't care them, you are not fit to be care taker of Kenichi as family members.

It prove that you can contact mother (Ms.Lau Ping Leng) otherwise you must be extremely anxious and surely you should have made missing police report. It is so obvious.

I presume you do know their where about.
How could you claim that you know nothing about it?

I shall never give up to search Kenichi and provide his transplant operation and medical treatment for relapse of cancer which you made him suffer. It is not about money this is matter of his life. If medical doctors are able to save his life, I shall provide the best medical treatment.

There are Laws to protect poor Kenichi.
All of you have no right to kill Kenichi without medical treatment. His last treatment at SJMC was 01/11/2008. He is suffering by now without any proper medical treatment for a month.

I shall contend forever. I have my full right as his father.

Ms. Lau Ping Leng is violating Act611, Child Act 2001 and all of you are assisting to do so.

It is not first time. It happened on 06/2006 for about a month, 06/2008 till 27/10/2008 for 4 months and 02/11/2008 till now. All of you have intervene his medical treatments.

Please take him back to U.M.M.C. immediately.

It is clearly state that Ms Lau Ping Leng must provide medical treatment for Kenichi.

Failing which she is liable to a fine not exceeding RM20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or both.
Her supporter also liable to a fine not exceeding RM5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.

Since Kenichi has not been provided cancer treatment for 27 days, I shall appeal to Malaysia Government,Police, Welfare office to take immediate action before they manage to murder Kenichi.

Even Professor has explained to welfare officer Yesterday that Kenichi shall not survive any longer without medical treatment. So they have full knowledge that Kenichi will be going to die without cancer treatment.

It will be too late if authority take action against them later. Most priority is to search Kenichi immediately and provide medical treatment which are Police & Welfare duty and power to do so.

They have power to investigate, arrest without warrant, search without warrant, examine person, Inspection,Obstruction.
All the power they have to protect Kenichi but why they don't take action till now?

I am really frustrated and anxious about you. I know by now, you are suffering from fever and swollen body, extreme pain and discomfort.

I am really sorry I still cannot find you and provide relapse of cancer treatment.
I have been running everywhere to find you and try to save you.

We have confirmed Kenichi cannot survive without any medical treatment.
Mother & her family are just waiting for you to die by hiding you somewhere.

You are fully protected by Child Act 2001.
Ken you are fully protected by Malaysian law but no proper enforcement system to save you in Malaysia.

Just Kidnap Kenichi and hide him to wait to die.
What is that? Is not crime in Malaysia? Is it family issue?
Mother and immediate family allowed to kill Poor Kenichi in Malaysia?

If Kenichi has been confirmed by doctor that they cannot do anything then it is totally understandable to try out any kind of alternative treatment
However Professor confirmed that he has 30-40% chance of cure rate, then we must send him back to U.M.M.C. Kenichi can be saved by U.M.M.C


Member of Lau family has no right to kill Kenichi. I am not agreed to abandon his medical treatment.
So what law apply to allow them to kidnap and kill Kenichi?

Are they allowed to walk out from this issue when they send in Kenichi at last minute to hospital?
Really unbelievable that no one can help poor Kenichi without medical treatment for 24 days. They never send him back to provide him second treatment of relapse of cancer on 09/11/08 so last medical treatment was on 01/11/08.

According to Prfessor Wan Ariffin Bin Abdullah, Kenichi life expectation will be around a month without medical treatment, According to Japanese doctors, a few months without medical treatment for relapse of cancer.

This is a good news to Ms.Lau Ping Leng and her family, But it is nightmare to Kenichi & me.

We know Lau family are kept eye on this blog.
Please send him back to U.M.M.C today.
Kenichi desperately needs his medical treatment for relapse of cancer.

I really didn't realise that mother had stopped your cancer treatment at this point of time. You only had 6 more months to complete your treatment. I believed you will have bright future from next year. Who could imagine that your mother could have stopped your cancer medical treatment. I should have checked U.M.M.C more frequently so that I could have saved you much earlier. I am really sorry Ken, I never thought your mother and family are so extreme.

Professor Wan Ariffin Bin Abdullah who is Leukamia specialist from University Malaya Medical Centre clearly stating here that Kenichi will not survive without proper medical treatment for relapse of cancer. HIS SURVIVAL CHANCE IS ZERO.

So how could you explain Ms.Lau Ping Leng and family are providing alternative treatment?

With their alternative treatment resulted relapse of cancer.
If It really effective how do you explain?

He has chance to survive 30-40% now. So why not we try?
No cancer treatments mean his death.
You must understand it.

If they have never stopped his medical treatment on June/2008 by now only one month to complete his cancer treatment, he could have survived much longer.

If doctor confirmed ZERO percentage with medical treatment, then it is totally different story.

You must be reasonable. Thus we have chance to save Kenichi still but as I mentioned already 17days without medical treatment by now chance is getting worse.

We don't have much time, Please I beg you to return to UMMC now.

Please do not bring up nonsense issue to protect Lau Family's unreasonable alternative non medical treatment.

If any one can prove effectiveness of alternative treatment then we must discuss.

We are living in 2008 not in thousand years ago.

Why Lau family are so stubborn?

It is not first person to stop providing cancer treatment.
It is actually 2nd person to do so. I better say my son is 2nd victim.

It is time to bring up this issue.
I have been writing with all the supporting document till now but this blog is only with what I known but if anyone investigate it will be able to prove it.

Mr. Lau Fong Sheng passed way on 23/09/2007. He is eldest brother of Ms.Lau Ping Leng.
He was also cancer. His last stage cancer was found out sometime on August/2007.

So obviously they did not provide any cancer treatment for him. He was pulled out from hospital and let him waited to die. He is adult so he can agree for his treatment procedure. But generally family will try to help patient with every possible way of treatment but Lau family was different.

They got away with it so they think that they have licence to kill anyone.

Somehow Mrs. Sue Tan Hwa helping Ms.Lau Ping Leng this time. Even we believe she is with them. We are trying to call her mobile (016-3666723) but never picked up.

My son does not know anything about cancer. He cannot consent his choice of treatments.
His cancer is spreading to all over his body day by day.
We have chance to cure him but they are waiting him to die.

If they are right Why do they need to hide and wait for his cancer cells to kill all his good cells?

This is Not family issue, this is serious crime.
As I mentioned Kenichi is going to die without cancer treatment.
He has chance to survive if he can go back to UMMC but they are hiding my son and make sure to spread cancer cells to be all over his body in order for him to die soon.
You cannot refuse to provide medical treatment with knowledge of death result.

Do you still think Mother and immediate family member has right to do so?
Kenichi has chance to survive with proper medical treatment?

I shall not complain if Kenichi has ZERO chance to survive with cancer treatment.
He has 30-40% chance right now. of course chance has dropped from 70-80% since they have stopped UMMC treatment since June/2008. IF THEY NEVER STOPPED KENICHI'S CANCER PROBABLY NEVER RELAPSE.

Yes, They will send Kenichi to hospital soon but only after cancer cells are all over and by time doctors are unable to treat him anymore. That is their tactics so they can claim they did send into hospital.

Real nightmare I know what they are up to but cannot do anything.
It is matter of time. Already 17days without medical treatments since he was discharged from SJMC.

Kenichi must be suffering from high fever, swollen body, Pain.....
Pity, Too much unnecessary punishment for him by own mother and family.

To Malaysian people

I have met Professor Wan Ariffin Bin Abdullah at University Malaya Medical Centre this morning.

He has confirmed that Kenichi will die about within one month and survival rate is zero without any proper medical treatment.

Even with medical treatment for relapse of cancer, Cure rate will be dropped from 70-80% to 30-40% only Since Ms.Lau Ping Leng and family stopped his medical treatment since June/2008.

I beg all Malaysian to look for Kenichi

He needs immediate medical treatment now.

I am sorry to say that if welfare office and police had taken proper action before this never happened. Your country is something wrong with government servant.
Yes, Children Act and related law exist in Malaysia but never enforced properly.

Why most of family need to refuse to provide proper cancer treatment?

As I have been appealing if they know that my son will die without proper medical treatment mean all of you are trying to kill my son. If it happened in civilised country all of you are already arrested. I am sure anything happen to Kenichi you shall not get away even in Malaysia.

I share your anguish and your frustration and mostly I symphatise deeply with Sian Yee.

Nonetheless leukemia treatment, especially treatment is of relapse is a prolonged process and require a lot of patience, perseverance, social and psychological support and tender loving care from the main custodian or caregiver. i do not expect the treatment, which may have serious side effect and even premature death, could be cordially given with enforcement.

The treatment is not like treatment for infection where one take the patient for temporary custody for short period of 2 weeks to give antibiotics, and subsequently discharge him from the hospital without perhaps any necessity for further treatment for follow up.

I hope you can appreciate our predicament. I am willing to talk to both of you and continue with the treatment only with agreement from all parties.

Ms.Lau Ping Leng (mother) has decided to go hiding since last week.
I am really worry about Kenichi. I cannot reach her mobile at all (012-2916726).

Her family should not support to hide my son.
His life is in great danger.

We have been visiting No68, SS19/1H and found out his mother car (Proton Wira WDQ8533) is parked there since last week.

At this house, monks and Medium has been using as spiritual cult practice place.
His uncle (Mr.Lau Fong Kwong) who is jobless for more than 20 years.
He actually brainwashed his family and other innocent people to not to trust proper medical treatment. Insisting black magic and pray to cure any kind of sickness. He has car to drive, money to buy cigarette and so on. How does he earn money?

It is hard to believe but this is true story. That why my son is suffering from no cancer treatment.

He is one suggested to take Chinese herbs and spiritual pray. Now His mother (Ms.Chairmain Lau Ping Leng) , Grandfather (Mr.Lau Che Say) and Grandmother, Auntie (Ms.Sue Tan Soo Hwa) , Uncle (Mr. Thomas Lau Fong Meng) believes in.

And They are doing their best to save your life and they will search for you.

I did seek help from Dato Michael Chong on 28/11/2008. His secretary and Dato did spoke to Ms. Lau Ping Leng. And they have found out Kenichi was at SJMC that why they thought I am claiming nonsense.

However, If they really studies and investigate properly at that time, Kenichi and mother should not went into hiding.

My friend called up MCA and enquired about my issue. Surprisingly they have explained I am the one creating troubles.

They never see true pictures and I guess they have no time to investigate this unreasonable issue. This is also apply to welfare office. If they have done proper job, Mother and my son never went into hiding.

He is Acute Lymphobalstic Leukaemia. (Blood cancer)

He was at University Malaya medical Center (UMMC) since 21/05/2006.
Then he was discharged from UMMC on 28/05/2006 and supposed to commence his cancer treatment. But his last visit to UMMC was on 06/06/2006.
Ms. Lau Ping Leng refused to provide cancer treatment but we managed to send him back with help of the Malaysian welfare office and police to UMMC on 03/07/2006 afternoon.

Professor Wan Ariffin Bin Abdullah (UMMC) has arranged several meetings and explained Ms. Lau Ping Leng about Leukaemia. She has understood risk of non cancer treatment result death and necessity of medical treatment.

Ms.Lau Ping Leng has agreed Sian Yee to go back with me once however she has decided to take Sian Yee back last minute. Finally panel of doctors and welfare office agreed to be under care of Ms.Lau Ping Leng. Final decision was made by Welfare officer Ms. Midah and has agreed to taken care by Ms.lau Ping Leng.

Unfortunately again Ms.Lau Ping Leng has stopped cancer treatment since June/2008. I found out Sian Yee's swollen testicle on 18/10/2008 and reported to UMMC, Police, and Welfare office to send Sian Yee back to get cancer treatment.

Professor Wan Ariffin Bin Abdullah tried to convince Ms.Lau Ping Leng to provide medical treatment at UMMC 20-22/10/2008 but she refused.

Sian Yee suffered from swollen face and admitted at Sime Darby Medial Centre Subang Jaya Sdn. Bhd (Formerly known as Subang Jaya Medical centre SJMC) on 27/10/2008 and discharged from SJMC on 01/11/2008.

Sian Yee's cancer relapse so panel of SJMC doctors tried to convinced Ms Lau Ping Leng to send Sian Yee back to UMMC but she refused thus SJMC has explained cost of cancer treatment at SJMC (Rm150K-300K to complete) and she agreed.

So Dr Lin Hi Ping to started medical treatment from 29/10/2008 to 01/11/2008.

His appointment for next cancer treatment was due on 09/11/2008. They have tried to request her and her family to admit to SJMC but refused again and I managed to find out Ms. Lau Ping Leng failed to send Sian Yee back to SJMC on 12/11/2008.

Sian Yee's medical treatment at UMMC was due to complete on Dec/2008 but medical treatment was NOT provided by Ms. Lau Ping Leng for 4 months, Sian Yee is suffering relapse of cancer and fighting with his precious life but mother and family refuse to provide proper cancer medical treatment.

Ms.Lau Ping Leng has refused Sian Yee's medical treatment for 3 times since 2006.

I have sent so many appeal letters to welfare office (HQ, Subang Jaya and Shah Alam) but unfortunately I have got no reply from them.

I believe if the welfare officer in 2006 when Sian Yee was discharged from UMMC has not last minute change the decision made by the panel to allow me to care for Sian Yee, today my son will need NOT to suffer in pain from relapse and his life will NOT be in great danger now.
Sian Yee survival rate has dropped from 75-80% to 20-40%.

I am strongly believe that it is proven that Ms.Lau Ping Leng & her family has not been a good caretaker nor a proper guardian so I hope welfare officers and polices could help me to save ken life before it is too late.

I have been appealing to the welfare office and No answer for my S.O.S to rescue my son after many attempt to welfare office.

It is totally disappointment as welfare office has not being helpful as it is the duty of a welfare office to look into the needs of the poor and/or sick child who has being crying for help.

I have no assistance neither police nor welfare officer and I was so depressed and anxious about my son so that I finally seek help from Ms.Hannah Yeoh to save Sian Yee's precious life and secure his medical treatment at UMMC.

All that I am asking is please help me to find my son and I will provide all the necessary medical treatments and costs. I also have make arrangement to get the match of bone marrow for transplants but if Sian Yee do not get any treatment now he will not able to wait till that date.

Meeting with Dr.Ling Hi Ping (SJMC)

Dr Ling Hi Ping and daddy had meeting and he has confirmed that my cancer relapse.

Daddy was informed that Panel of doctors strongly insisted mummy to send me back to UMMC.

But Mummy refused to go back to UMMC and she has agreed to pay RM150,000-RM300,000 to complete my cancer treatments at SJMC.
With mummy's consent Dr Ling has started relapse cancer treatment.

Dr was shocked to know that mummy never explained about my treatment was stopped since June/2008.

Dr, was not interested to know about all the issue and did not want to involved with it.

His concern was only payment and confirmed that welfare officer never checked anything from him.

Daddy kept reported to welfare office but no proper investigation report are replied to Daddy yet.

My left side of face started to swollen badly.

I was examined by Dr. Mohd Noor Awang (Oral & Maxillofacial) since they thought my face was something wrong.

I wanted shout I am Leukemia patient, My daddy, UMMC and everyone knows my cancer relapse.

Even my mother was convinced by UMMC telephone call on 20-22/10/2008.
But never take me back to UMMC.

If my face never swollen I never managed to meet any doctors.

Its miracle! I am back to hospital!

But I was shocked to hear my mother shouting at you.

She shout at you
" How can you threat to Dato' Micheal Chong to call me"
" How dare you threat to police to investigate. Case is closed."
" I have full custody right. I am Malaysian and you are Japaneses. Malaysian law says you have no right"

I am pretty sure everything was witnessed by my next bed No1 patient and family and also Dr. Mohd Noor Awang, Ms. Sharifah Baizura ( assistant manager customer relations).

I know she was not happy everyone tried to convince my mummy to send me back for medical treatment.

Daddy friend strongly recommend to meet him and fixed appointment on 28/10/2008 1030am for you.

So daddy went to seek help for MCA (Malaysian Chinese Association) Public service and complaints Department.

Daddy explained to his Secretary about my issue.

And daddy managed to met Dato' Michael Chong.
He tried to convince my mummy to send me back to hospital over telephone.

He even wrote letter for Daddy.

"I am sorry that I cant help you much although I have spoken to your wife.
Equally she told me she is caring the best for the child.

They are intentionally refusing my medical treatment for me to die otherwise why my mummy refused to go back to UMMC and argue with UMMC earlier?
Why do they need to abandon my medical treatment twice?

It is not matter of luck of knowledge for my cancer. My mummy knows that my medical treatment will complete year end. Then I will be fine.

But what for my mummy stop my medical treatment for 4 months ??
I end up relapse of cancer. Now I am suffering.

Any one can really explain why my mummy refused and stopped my medical treatments for what ??

This is not family matter!!
This is abuse or neglect or what?

Malaysian Welfare officer and Royal Malaysian Police officer consider as family issue but this is actually consider as serious crime for Japanese and/or any other civilised country.

It is serious crime in Japan.
Why not in Malaysia?

Daddy arranged his lawyer to take all the necessary action but Daddy cannot wait to obtain court order to secure or guarantee my medical treatments this time.

I am in serious condition so he doesn't have sufficient time to wait court order to save my life.

Police Report

Actually My Daddy made police report last time when my mother refused to send me back to UMMC on 2006.

He made another police report on 14/07/2006 1255PM.
Police reprot number: SUBANG JAYA/004908/06.

He strongly requested to investigate why mummy refused to send me back to UMMC.
He just wanted to know mummy's explanation why she refused my medical treatment.

As mummy fully understand consequence of non medical treatment results my death. My mummy and family members are fully aware of it.

Daddy believes mummy and her family cannot be excused from claiming that they fed me with Chinese herbs to cure my cancer.

It is abuse and neglect not providing medical treatment. Anyone can tell it. It is common sense.

Consider as attempt of murder.

But unfortunately they got away from attempt of murder somehow.
Even welfare officer never consider as abuse nor neglect somehow.

No action was taken against them by neither welfare officer nor police officer. That probably led them to 2nd time to stop and refused to provide my medication.

life is most precious and even I am Leukemia, UMMC provide the best Leukemia medical treatment within Malaysia. My survival rate was 75-80%, so nothing to worry about it.

Japanese Leukemia specialist even consider and recommended that UMMC provide international standard for Leukemia patients Today. That why my daddy entrust UMMC protocol.

If survival rate was poor then my daddy should have tried any alternative to save me.

Nobody believe what I am going through.

Any one believe that mother and her family sabotage my medical treatment for 4 months even I am suffering from leukemia and this is 2nd attempt of not providing my medication?

My mummy or her family got any excuse for not taking me to check at UMMC?

But they are claiming I am taken care very well by them with full attention.

So I cannot tell you since when it started to swollen.

All I can tell you is that it didn't swollen so large suddenly on 18/10/2008.

How to go back to hospital?

So Daddy needs to rescue me again.

Daddy made police report to send me back to UMMC on 22/10/2008 21:44pm.
Daddy could not sleep at all.

Next morning he went to report to welfare HQ and Subang Jaya office to seek his help in order to force mother to send me back to get medical treatment.

He also consulted his lawyer again.

He did anything everything he can think of.

Daddy could not sleep at all.

Unfortunately no news.
It will be long weekend and 27/10/2008 is public holiday in Malaysia.

Shocking reply from UMMC

Thank you for your letter.

The picture of Lau Sian Yee that you send was of grave concern to us. There is very strong possibility that he might have leukemia coming back to affect his testis causing it to be swollen.

This is very early relapse and the chance of cure again is only 20-40%. I am quite sure that none of my doctors/colleagues would have told his mother that this was side-effect of leukemia treatment.

looking back at his treatment chart, I noted that the last time we saw Sian Yee was on 25th June 2008, which means that he has not attended his 2 weekly follow up for the last 4 months.
his treatment was due to complete only at the end of 2008.

After many attempts I managed to talk to Sian Yee's mother today. She was very argumentative and aggressive and refused to listen to me or to bring Sian Yee back to the hospital.

Under such circumstance, i do not know what else I could do. Mutual trust between doctors and patients/parents and good family/parental support are important ingredients for successful treatment. In Sian Yee's case, I regret that this is lacking.

Nightmare again

Daddy immediately sent my swollen testicle photo to his doctor friend in Japan and also Japaneses leukaemia specialist. And also sent to UMMC.

He got reply from Japanese doctor on 20/10/2008 and reply from Leukaemia specialist on 21/10/2008.

He was shocked to know that my cancer relapse.

So he sent another email to chase UMMC reply.

I don't feel good!

Nowadays my daddy only allowed to meet me twice a month.
Only a couples of hours.

Daddy came to meet me on 18/10/2008.
We enjoyed play play!!

Daddy happen to follow me to the shower after we played at car porch.
Then daddy noticed my testicle is swollen.

It was actually swollen badly.

So my daddy asked mummy "Whats wrong with it"
Mummy replied that is side effect of cancer treatment.

Then he took my photo of swollen testicle and left.

Court case (3)

Mummy again agreed to Daddy that daddy have his weekly visitation right in front of judge.
Since he insisted to reach agreement on his visitation right.

So we thought I can meet my daddy every week for this year.

but my dreams never came true.

daddy again facing difficulties to meet me or I should say visiting me.

If my mother is not around, No one open gate for him.

Even if he is allowed to visit me, Only after 3pm on Saturday for a few hours.
We have to stay within house.

We cannot go out anywhere. As you can see my photo, We can only play at car porch.

He always brings me something for me.
Japanese food, confectionery, DVD, Toys, Clothing and so on.

I love ultra man or Go ranger DVD.

I really have fun!

Court case (2)

It was really odd case.

My daddy can file in so many evidence to support his claim but my mummy cannot furnish anything.

mummy was just claiming bad things about my daddy based on nothing.

My daddy object my mummy adoption claim.

Finally my mummy's lawyer was terminated on 25/09/2007.

My mummy and I went to court on 13/11/2007 but no lawyer for my mummy.
The judge requested her to arrange lawyer immediately since she is the one filed in my adoption.

On 19/02/2008, the judge dismissed her adoption petition.
It mean I am not adopted by my mother!.

I still have daddy! Daddy won!
No doubt I have my parents.

It is rather sound funny.
Am I going to lose my daddy?

But I can meet my daddy whenever I attended to court.

Can't Meet my daddy

Things got worse and worse.

Whenever daddy visit me, I just not allowed to meet him.
Whenever He came to visit me I was just force to go inside and just everyone ignored my daddy.

I know daddy miss me and also I miss daddy.

I don't really know what going on?

All my family here going against him for no reason.

I really hate this!

Why mummy don't let daddy to pay?

When I was discharged from UMMC on 28/07/2006.

My daddy rushed to UMMC to settle medical bill but it was too late.
My mummy told her family that daddy is refusing to settle the bill.
So they have settled bill when he came.

Daddy has requested one doctor not let my mother to settle it.
He complained to doctor about it and he got email from doctor on 30/07/2006.

" coming back to the payment issue, mother had mentioned on Friday upon discharge that she would like to pay for the bills herself and knows you too want to take care of the bill. We would most appreciate it if both of you could decide amongst yourselves how both want to manage your differences. perhaps the court this thurs will assist us in resolving the issues since we have not been able to help both of you"

But later I found out this is all my mother's tactics to blame on daddy to get her family support.

Daddy tried to negotiate with Mummy

My daddy kept sending letter to mummy.

He warned not to use Chinese herbs.
Doctor explained mummy that it could have conflict with my medicine.

He kept insist to settle amicably.
He has already proposed to her previous lawyer on 13/12/2005.

1, Joint custody
2, Agreed to pay medical fee,education fee, necessary clothing, toy, whatever I need to buy.
3, To pay maintenance monthly fee. Which mummy needs to propose amount.
4, visitation right and alternative weekend and public holidays to stay with daddy.


Daddy treid to settle based on his proposal on 13/12/2005.
But my mummy never reply on any terms and conditions.

My daddy received termination notice from my mother's lawyer (Ms.Chang) by emial on 14/08/2006.

Daddy has been negotiating with Ms. Chang since 2005.

They could not reach anything at all.

He was told that my mother never gave any instruction.
Nothing she can do to support my mother unless my mother decide herself.

Oh What can I do? I am between them.

Difficult to meet my daddy

My daddy visit me but he found difficulty to meet me.

Even Daddy rung our house bell, He is just ignored by whole family.

He needs to wait for a long time and he kept called my mother's mobile phone.

My family behaviour changed a lot against my daddy.
He was just treated like enemy.

He waited so long time to see me on 05/08/2006 and 13/08/2006.

I don't really know whats going on?

Meeting with welfare officer

My parents went to welfare office on 03/08/2006.

welfare officer tried to convince them to reconcile.

My mother agreed to gave full access to daddy and me in order for us to meet at any time.
That good news for me.

Welfare officer also suggested to settle by lawyer to lawyer.
It is much easy way to settle family case without any emotion anyway.

Again welfare officer did good job to improve my parents relationship.

My mother's lawyer

After my discharge from UMMC.

My daddy negotiated with my mummy's lawyer.

He wanted to have amicable solution.

Her lawyer called him up on 01/08/2006 and tried to get full settlement.

He has replied by email on 01/08/2006 and 02/08/2006.

But unfortunately mother could not reply anything and negotiation was over.

Finally my mother terminated lawyer's service later on.

Discharge from UMMC

Doctor decided me to go back.

Somehow they had another meeting on 28/07/2006.

My mother changed her mind and she disagreed me to go back with my daddy.
So again another meeting with welfare officer and doctors.

My mother insisted me to go back with her.
Of course she is my mother. I know that I need her.
But I also need daddy too.

I really wished they can solve their relationship.
That's must be good for me.

But my daddy cannot forgive what my mother and family did for me.
Never provide proper medical treatment for me.
Never informed him about it.

I am cancer patient.
Everyone knows that only medical treatment can cure my cancer.
How much they pray for me I cannot cure my cancer nor Chinese herbs.

Finally welfare officer decided me to go back with my mother.

Daddy obviously objected strongly but mother is somehow stronger than father in Malaysia.

Daddy complained that if it was happened in Japan, Mother will automatically lose her custody and even she could be arrested for not providing medical treatments.

Malaysia is different from civilised country.

Can I go back with my Daddy?

UMMC helps my parents a lot.
They arranged so many meeting regarding my future medical treatment.

UMMC panel of doctors, welfare officer and my parents attended on meeting on 12/07/2006.

My mother (Ms. Lau Ping Leng) has agreed me to go back with my Daddy upon my discharge from UMMC.

So my daddy wanted to make sure to go back with me.
He even made police report (Police report No: PANTAI/006061/06) to confirm me to go back with him on 16/07/2006 in case my mother change her mind.

I have improved a lot.
Here is Heaven but I hated to see my parents are not in good relationship.

But I needed go through a lot of pain.
If I was provided proper medical treatment, I need not go through all of it.

I was without medical treatment more than one month.

Busy Daddy

Since my mother agreed me to go back with Daddy.

He has arranged advertisement on the star newspaper for 8 days to look for nanny for me.

"Nanny wanted at PJ Qualified experienced Nurse or nursery teacher preferred. English speaker only."

He was so busy with enquiry and try to find good one for me.

He also paid for maid agency to arrange English speaker maid.

He was getting ready to take me home.

I was rescued by my father and my medical treatment was started.

Actually I was not in good condition but doctor tried everything they could do to save my life.

My mother put strange red colour thing for me. That is what she believed in.

Rescue me

My father was so shocked to know that my medical treatment was stopped by my mother and family.

He has consulted his lawyer and anyone who can help him.

He has reported to the Malaysian welfare office and Royal Malaysia Police.

So obviously they visited our house on 30/06/2006.

But my uncle Mr. Thomas Lau Fong Meng explained that I was well taking care by my family and nothing wrong.

However my father got letter from University Malaya Medical Centre.

This is to certify that Lau Sian Yee was admitted to UMMC on 21/05/2006 and diagnosed to have Actue Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, a type of blood cancer.

The current treatment of Acute lymphoblastic Leukaemia has a cure rate of about 75-80%.
Without any treatment survival rate will not be possible.

Treatment for Lau Sian Yee was commenced on 23/05/2006 according to MaSpore ALL 2003 protocol. He attended all his appointments for treatment till 06/06/2006. Following that day, he has defaulted treatment here at UMMC.

So he managed to rescue me with help of the Malaysian welfare office and mother had no choice but to send me back to UMMC on 03/07/2006 afternoon.

My birthday 2 years old

It was my birthday. 27/06/2006.

At that time I was still staying at No68, Jalan SS19/1H, 47500, Subang Jaya.

My daddy came to visit me from morning but i was really sick on my birthday.

Daddy brought me cake and present.

But I could not play with my daddy.

At around 2pm, My daddy was so furious and he started to argue with my mother somehow.

He actually found out that I am not under medication.

But my mother was shouting at him

Mum) Do you want to kill your son?
Dad) What are you talking about?
Mum) You see my God　(she point at Buddhist altar) You will kill him if you send him back to hospital!

My daddy was really confused with.
He kept insisted to take me to hospital but all my mother's family disagreed me to go back to UMMC.

Nightmare (1)

I did not really know why?
But My mother decided to stop my medical treatment.

My last visit to UMMC was on 06/06/2006.

My mother and family started to feed me Chinese herbs.
Of course it was not prescribed from registered Chinese doctor.
Just supplied from her brother or/and monks
They started to call monk and Medium to pray for me.

Of course my daddy doesn't know anything about it.
Since he is only allowed to meet me from time to time.
My mother's family tried not let me see my daddy.
Even Daddy visit me, They will just ignore him.
Never open house gate for my Daddy.

I was really getting weak without medical treatment.
Really felt discomfort.

Leukaemia

I was not feeling well for sometimes.

I got high fever and a lot of discomfort.

But finally through blood test, I was told that I got Pre B Acute Lymphobalstic Leukaemia.
It is blood cancer.

So I was transferred to University Malaya medical Center (UMMC)

I was admitted on 21/05/2006.
I thought I am going to die but I was told I had good chance of full recovery which is up to 80% of survival chance.

I felt really relieved.

Then I was discharged from UMMC on 28/05/2006 and supposed to commence my cancer treatment.

Initially my mother didn't inform my daddy but somehow he managed to visit me a few days later.
